Your favorite Italian restaurants know how to make the best and freshest pasta. Now it's your chance to learn how from scratch, in this hands-on pasta-making experience. The class will begin watching Chef Joe demonstrate how to make pasta dough. You will then make your dough, roll it, form your dough into Fettuccine, and then boil it. Finally, add some delicious red pasta sauce and eat it with your classmates. If you wish to bring wine to enjoy with your pasta dish, we recommend a Chianti, Sangiovese, or Montepulciano as great pairing choices. Join this class as a group or sign up individually to meet others who share a passion for cooking.
